Is there a “right age” when children should be allowed to start wearing makeup. I’ve seen children looking as young as ages 8, 9 and 10 out wearing making at the Mall, etc.

Girls will typically grow up playing with makeup from very young ages but at what age should they be allowed to start using it seriously? Definitely it seems though that girls are wearing makeup sooner these days (new generation), and not just at play time.
