Saw a news report earlier today that “Girls Aloud” member, Nicola Roberts, has launched her own makeup collection called Dainty Doll. It’s for Jelly Pong Pong, and apparently made especially for “fair-skinned ladies”.

If you’re a makeup artist, or simply a person who just loves makeup, there’s a brand new beauty magazine on the market called NOMA Beauty Magazine. Celebrity makeup artists Vanessa Dunn and her twin sister, world recognized model and businesswoman Kelli Dunn, are the individuals behind this new publication. The magazine’s goal is to give beauty and makeup tips, makeup artists news, information of interest to makeup artists and those who love beauty and makeup, and other fun tidbits.

Ever heard of the “Olly Girls”, aka Holly Huddleston and Molly Shea? They are cast members (real life employees of a tanning salon) in an American reality television program called “Sunset Tan” that airs on the E! television network. Anyhoo, apparently they’re working on a “makeup line, lip-gloss, and nail polish line.” Hmmm, quite a few celebrity makeup lines seem to be in the works.

Kanebo also has a new makeup collection - Coffret d’Or. This new line is to replace Kate Color Cosmetics.

Shu Uemura recently launched its richly emollient Crystal Shine collection.

There is also Revlon Renewist with patented Pro-collagen Moisture Core lipstick shades.
